5. AI Tools & Software Disclaimer
Our AI Tools and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated
AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and require human review
You are solely responsible for verifying and using AI outputs
AISystems-HQ does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
You assume all risk associated with the use of AI-generated outputs.
We are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on AI outputs.
6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to:
Use our Services lawfully, ethically, and responsibly
Ensure AI outputs comply with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account
You must not use our Services to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
Circumvent safeguards, access controls, or usage limits
Scrape, extract, or exploit data, models, or code
We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent misuse and abuse.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, AI tools, prompts, frameworks, training materials, code, branding, and systems provided by AISystems-HQ are the exclusive intellectual property of Aitronyx Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use purchased Services for personal or internal business use only.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or tools
Share login credentials or allow account access by others
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data, models, or code
Use our Services to create competing or derivative products
Use our Services to provide services to third parties or clients without written authorisation
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach
Restrict access where policy violations occur
Withdraw Services where reasonably necessary
9. Payments, Digital Content & Refunds
Payments may be made as one-off purchases or recurring subscriptions.
Digital Content Waiver
Where Digital Content or Services are supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All sales are final unless a specific refund policy is clearly stated at checkout.
Any stated refund policy will override this clause.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISystems-HQ and Aitronyx Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your unlawful or negligent acts
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice. Immediate termination may occur where misuse, unlawful activity, or material breach is identified.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, or hosting services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be notified where required. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
